Watch a sleeping baby and you will see the baby’s belly move up and down as they breathe.
That’s because babies trust the wisdom of their own bodies.
When you were a baby you would have breathed this way as well.
But then you went to school and were taught that your lungs are in your chest, not your abdomen.
You might have even had a teacher who told you that you were breathing wrong if your belly moved as you breathed.
They probably taught you that your chest should move instead of your abdomen.
And so we reach the present day, where you feel tired and stressed and get headaches and stomach aches.
All because you are breathing wrong.
You see, you had it right the the first time.
The way you breathed as a baby is the way you were always supposed to breathe.
