Family is the foundation of society. Sharia protects marriage, children’s rights, and the integrity of family relationships. Rules around inheritance, marriage, and prohibitions of adultery are designed to safeguard lineage and ensure stability across generations.

Finally, Sharia protects wealth and property. Ownership rights, fair trade, and prohibitions against theft or fraud are all part of this. The goal is to ensure economic justice and prevent exploitation. This “ownership” is provisional and temporary. Not absolute. God is the ultimate owner of all things.
